Terms & Conditions

A booking is confirmed once you receive our confirmation by email or WhatsApp. No deposit is required — full payment is made in cash (IDR or USD) or by card on the day of your tour.

Prices shown on the website are per person and include everything listed under “Included” on each tour page.

You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your pickup time. For no-shows without notice we reserve the right to decline future bookings.

If we must cancel a tour due to dangerous weather or volcanic activity, you may choose a full refund of anything paid or a free reschedule.

Trekking involves physical activity at altitude on uneven volcanic terrain. You are responsible for assessing your own fitness and disclosing relevant medical conditions at booking.

You must follow your guide's instructions at all times. Guides may modify or end a trek if conditions become unsafe — their decision is final.

All tours include basic accident insurance during the activity. Beyond this cover, and except where required by Indonesian law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for your tour.

We are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, volcanic activity, traffic or force majeure.

Guides occasionally take photos during tours for our gallery and social media. Tell your guide if you prefer not to appear — we will always respect it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved amicably first, and otherwise in the courts of Bali.
