When you book a tour or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, country, hotel or accommodation, pickup location, tour date, group size and any special requests.

We do not collect payment card details through this website — payment is made in person on the day of your tour.

We use your details exclusively to operate your booking: confirming your reservation, arranging hotel pickup, contacting you about schedule changes, and sending a booking confirmation by email and WhatsApp.

We may occasionally follow up after your tour to ask for feedback. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

Booking data is stored securely with our database provider (Supabase) on encrypted infrastructure. Access is restricted to authorized staff through authenticated admin accounts.

Transactional emails are delivered through Resend. Messages you send via WhatsApp are governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

This website uses only essential cookies: a session cookie for admin authentication and a preference cookie remembering your light/dark theme choice. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
